We want you to be confident in what you buy from StrongMind. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you once we’ve confirmed the issue.

No Change of Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for change‑of‑mind purchases, including incorrect size, colour, or preference. Please check the size carefully before ordering.

Eligibility for Fault‑Based Returns

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be returned to us before a refund is processed

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. For all other situations, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
