StrongMind events are built for men, families, frontline workers, organisations and communities looking for practical support around addiction, AOD use, gambling, anger, trauma, disconnection, emotional wellbeing and behaviour change.

Some events are designed for individual men, such as Men’s Circle and healing camps. Others are designed for organisations, staff teams and communities wanting workshops, training or long-term program support.

mens aod & behaviour change groups

Broken Hill & Wilcannia, NSW

StrongMind is proud to announce the launch of a 12-month in-community Men’s AOD & Behaviour Change Program in Broken Hill and Wilcannia.

Delivered in partnership with Maari Ma Health, this program provides consistent, structured support for men experiencing challenges with alcohol, drugs, anger and behaviour.

Rather than a short-term intervention, the program focuses on regular scheduled groups, local community-based delivery, long-term engagement, and strengthening outcomes for men, families and community safety across Far West NSW.

StrongMind Men’s Healing Camp

29 & 30 August 2026

An overnight men’s retreat on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, bringing blokes together to slow down, connect and spend time with other men facing similar challenges.

This is a grounded space for real conversations, shared experiences and practical tools to help men reset, reflect and strengthen how they show up in life.

StrongMind — Axe the Alcohol

4-Week Online Intensive

A practical online intensive for husbands and fathers who know it is time to step up and change their relationship with alcohol.

This program is built for men who want more clarity, control and confidence in their wellbeing. Across four weeks, participants are guided through practical tools, honest conversations and real accountability — all delivered in a way that fits around work, family and everyday life.

What’s included:

  • Weekly Zoom sessions built around straight-talking support and real change

  • 7-day SMS support with daily check-ins to help men stay steady and on track

  • Action-based tools that can be used at home, at work and in tough moments

  • Guidance from Steve Morris and Aaron “Azza” More

Who it’s for:
Men who are ready to take responsibility, reset their habits and show up stronger for themselves and their families.
